At O Positiv, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
